Welcome to the future of coffee roasting.
Unlike traditional roasters that are gas-powered our Bellwether is electric which means zero emissions. Because of this no ventilation is required, which in turn means no unpredictable changes to humidity or temperature while roasting. The bottom line? A more consistent, and predictable roast every single time.
